The commercial kitchen with walk in chiller and pantry has a servery to the long dining room which is capable of hosting quite the banquet. The inviting leather loungers around the open fire at the end of the room is the favourite spot between courses to sip a lovely glass of Pinot Noir produced from the onsite boutique vineyard providing approximately 150 cases per year.
The tower over the double garage and workshop houses the artist studio which has plenty of natural light to work with and is bridged to the library via the outdoor causeway. The 154sq m American style barn allows a lot of additional garaging and storage including a sheltered lean-to on one side.
This unique property was designed and operated as a luxury eco-lodge which gained a Qualmark five-star rating, however the current owners have loved it as their family home. A new chapter in their lives has given an opportunity not to be missed.
